System administration

The System Administration module is the environment in which the System Administrator operates.

Inside it reside the functionalities of configuration, setup and control to ensure the overall coherence of the processes and of the data which, in an Enterprise environment, are used by a multitude of subjects involved in the different stages of development of individual projects.

Features

Its main features allow:

• to define Groups, Users and their authorization profiles against:
• Projects,
• Contracts,
• Subcontracts,
• Work Orders (internal services),
• Programs,
• Portfolios,

         and against the menu’s voices.

• to configure the variables, the parameters and the values shared among Projects such as:
• Unit of measure,
• Currencies,
• Exchange Rates,
• Breakdown Structures,
• ….

• to support the periodic processes(monthly, quarterly, annual closures);
• to carry out verification of the completeness and consistency of data within the system;
• to monitor the frequency and duration of system access by individual users;
• to define "general profiles" of the worksheets(displayed columns);
