ERP integration

The ERP integration module has the purpose of managing the bidirectional exchange of information between Bridge and the company's ERP system.

The information transferred from the ERP systems to Bridge refers to:

• Costs accounted, Hours spent;
• Purchase orders Issued, Goods' receipts, Withdrawal materials.

The information transferred from Bridge to the ERP systems refers to the ETC values of each Project at the aggregation level requested by the ERP system.

The main features of this module will allow:

• the acquisition in Bridge of data available in the ERP system through import procedures or through excel files;
• the association of the data acquired with the Control Items (defined with the Planning and Budgeting module) through simple and effective manual actions (drag and drop) and through procedures automated and based on defined rules;
• the analysis of the data acquired and in the course of acquisition to identify, through selection and filtering features, any abnormal situations;
• the preparation of the ETC data to be transferred into the ERP system at the level of detail requested.
