The Subcontract Management module was designed to provide an effective support in managing relations with suppliers which often represent a large part of the whole Project delivery system. This module is able to provide the ideal support to produce for each contract the best EAC value and to exercise effective prevention of possible claims.
During the Planning Phase this module allows you to break down a subcontract in the most appropriate level of detail depending on his relevance and during the Progress Evaluation Phase allows you to “delegate” to the supplier (web mode) the detection of the work progress (in a “self-certification” way) limiting your effort to periodic checks for approval.

The results of the elaborations made within the Subcontract Management module are transferred to the Bugeting & Cost Control module, thus contributing to the progress assessments of the Project as a whole.
